Dear Clients,

While we aim to make your Vacation and Reservation process as enjoyable and simple as possible, for us to understand your vacation requirements as best as possible allows us to help you enjoy your tropical island vacation as much as possible...

A vacation on an island is not the same as a normal "Land-based" beach holiday, as once you have transferred onto the island you are there for the duration of your stay, so therefore from the outset of your booking we aim to obtain as much info from our clients as possible that will help us and you in making the planning of your vacation or short trip as enjoyable as possible…

Therefore before we ask you for your Reservations details below, we have a short client Questionnaire for you as follows:

Please find below a short list of questions for our visiting clients for you to please answer for us... – You don’t have too reply to them all if you don’t have time, but if you can, it will help us, help you, with your island vacation planning and allow us to provide you with a better island vacation experience…!! So to enable us to provide you with the best possible customer service from the outset of your adventure, can you please reply to these few simple guest questions below - As the more info we can obtain from you now about your planned trip, the better we can understand your vacation plans and targets later on...

 
1 - Have you ever visited Mozambique or Inhaca Island before.? - If so, where/when (last couple of visits)..?
2 - What “experience” do you wish to obtain from your vacation..?
3 - Age group and “Mix” of your guests..?
4 - Is your party Singles, Couples or mixed.?
5 - Is your party all family, friends, club, group or a corporate vacation trip.?
6 - Do you plan to “self-cater” or eat meals at the lodge's small beach dinner/bar, or both.?
7 - Do you wish to participate in any Sporting/Leisure activities while at the Lodge - If so what..?
8 - Do you have any Diving Experience / If so at what level..?
9 - Would you like to book any Diving or Fishing Trips.? - If so for how many guests.?
10 - Will you bring your own equipment – if so what.?
11 - Will you require to Hire any equipment – if so what.?
12 - Will you be Flying or Driving into Mozambique / Maputo..? - and if so, from which town/city..?
13 - If Driving, will you require parking for your vehicle while on the Island..?
14 - Would you like us to arrange/book the Island transfer (Ferry or Flight) ticket reservations for you..?
15 - Do you have any special Dietary Requirements..?
16 - Are any members of your Party disabled in any way..?
17 - Where and when did you first see (or via which website) or hear about Inhacazul Lodge..?
18 - Have you already reviewed past “Guest Review” comments on this site yet..? - If not, please do.

19 - Also have you reviewed the “unit/room floor plans” of the guest units (Chalet or Cabin) that show you
clearly, the room/sleeping "arrangements" in the unit you would like to book… If not please do, so you have a clear understanding of what is available in each type of guest unit…(they are shown in the "Accommodation" section of this website…) Have you reviewed the plans yet.?

20 - Do you require from us just a simple basic accommodation quote, or a more “in-depth” reply and/or quote..?

If you have any other questions about the lodge or the island etc, please ask here... (and once you have visited the island/lodge we would be really grateful if you would fill in our "Guest Comments" section for other clients.)

Note: Please remember to take normal vacation precautions against Malaria infection – although this is a rare occurrence on the Island generally now.
