Accommodation

Inhacazul Lodge provides our guests with clean, typical island style "self-catering" accommodation units, that are hired out to clients on a daily basis... the units where "refurbished" in 2006. - With only 8 guests units available, its strongly advised to book early..!!

Our two different types of Accommodation options at the lodge consist of either; large 3-bedroom Chalet units that can accommodate up to 8 adult guests per night, or for the smaller party or private "couple", a Timber Cabin unit could also be a suitable or preferred choice.

The Timber Cabin units normally sleep a small family or party of 4 (2+2children) but a double pull-out bed/couch can also allow for 2 other guests to stay in a Timber Cabin unit.

All our guest units are located just off the beach under the island's lush palm trees and positioned just behind low sands dunes (less than 50 Metres from the sea) to give clients a level of privacy from other passing islanders or beach visitors...

All units have 220v Power (with South Africa Type 3 round-pin outlets) and Hot and Cold water 24/7..

Each unit is provided with normal basic "Self-catering" facilities including;Pots/Pans/Plates/Forks/Knifes/Spoons, a fridge, a cooking gas ring and outside a charcoal WEBER Braai (BBQ) unit... Tea and Coffee facilities etc are also provided in each unit.

Large outside Food freezer facilities are available at the lodge for your "catch of the day" and storage of meats/veg etc..

These large units can sleep up to 8 adult guests in 3 bedrooms - with one Double bed in the main bedroom and the remaining 6 beds are either Single or single bunkbeds.

These chalets have Air-conditioning in the bedrooms and screens on the Doors and Windows.

The Timber Cabin units have one bedroom with a "Double Bed", then in the "family" room there is a set of normal size bunkbeds, with an additional Double Sleeper Bed/couch that can be used if really needed. - There is a bathroom (next to the bedroom) with a Shower, Handbasin and Toilet.

The 4 Timber Cabin units are eco-friendly designed and built to capture and enjoy the refreshing sea breezes with a Natural "Air-flow" Roof Design, and with them built "raised off the ground" and having electric ceiling fans in the rooms helps creates a cool "natural" lsland living environment.
